How do I sign in and log out?
Enter your username and password in the username and password fields on the home page of the purchased website. Once logged in, the fields become a log out button.

Can I access the purchased website and download/print materials from any computer?
Yes. Registered users can log in from any computer as long as the materials are used for students in a registered classroom and the username and password is kept confidential.

How do I change my username and password?
Once you have logged into the website, your username and/or password can be changed to one you can easily remember from the My Account page. Select the Preferences link, enter your new username and/or password, and select the Update Preferences button. You can begin using it immediately and will receive a confirmation email within moments.

What do I do if I forget my username and/or password?
If you forgot your username and password, simply select the Forgot Password link on the Login page. Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. Your username and a random password will be emailed to you.

Once you have logged in, you can change your username and/or password to one of your choice from the My Account page. Select the Preferences link, enter your new username and/or password, and select the Update Preferences button. You can begin using it immediately and will receive a confirmation email within moments.

I'd like to have only one set of user information to access all the Learning A-Z sites I purchased, but right now I have one set for each. Can I combine them?

What is a free day pass?
At Learning A-Z we value our partnership and want you to know about all the ways we can help educators teach and support children to learn. For your convenience, we have provided you with free one-day access to all the Learning A-Z websites that you have not yet ordered. Each day pass is good for 24 hours and can be activated anytime, including trying different websites on separate days. Try all the Learning A-Z educational solutions today.

How do I activate my free day pass?

  1. Login to a purchased website with your username and password.
  2. Visit the My Account page.
  3. Select the Products link
  4. Click the Day Pass icon for any available Learning A-Z product.
Your day pass is now active for one day. To visit the site, click the products logo and login with the same username and password.

How do I use a free day pass?
Once you have activated the day pass, visit the site and login with the same username and password. You will have access to all the materials a paying customer has access to, for one day.

Can I use the same username and password from my paid product to access another product with my day pass?
Yes. Once you have activated the day pass, visit the site and login with the same username and password.

How long is my day pass good for?
Your free complimentary day pass is good for one day from the date it was activated. 

How do I input my organization information?

  1. Log in using your username and password
  2. Select the Preferences link from the My Account page.
  3. Select either the Public or Private radio button.
  4. Select and/or verify the state/province.
    1. If the state is not available, select --No State or Province for My Location-- or  --State/Provience Not on this List.
  5. Select the District.
    1. If the district is not available, select --Distrct Not Listed-- and enter the School/District in the appropriate field.
  6. Select the School.
    1. If the school is not available, select --School Not Listed-- and enter the School/District in the appropriate field.
  7. Select the appropriate product(s) from the Product drop-down menu.
  8. Select the Update Preferences button.

What if I am not registering with an organization?

  1. Log in using your username and password
  2. Select the Preferences link from the My Account page.
  3. Select either the Public or Private radio button.
  4. Select and/or verify the state/province.
    1. If the state is not available, select --No State or Province for My Location-- or  --State/Provience Not on this List.
  5. Select the --Distrct Not Listed-- option from the District drop-down menu.
  6. Enter "None" in the School/District field.
  7. Select the Update Preferences button.

How do I change my email address or contact information?

  1. Log in using your username and password
  2. Select the Preferences link from the My Account page.
  3. Edit your contact information as desired.
  4. Select the Update Preferences button.

How do I start or stop the newsletter?
Members can adjust account preferences, including newsletter settings, from the My Account page.

  1. Log in using your username and password
  2. Select the Preferences link from the My Account page.
  3. Check or uncheck the newsletter settings for each purchased product you wish to change.
  4. Select the Update Preferences button.

I'm a License Coordinator, how can I also access materials?
Including the coordinator as a user will fill an available user slot. Please be sure you have available user slots or you will need to expand your license.

  1. Log in using your coordinator username and password.
  2. Select the Users link from the My Account page.
  3. Select the appropriate product tab.
  4. Check or uncheck the Count me as a user box.

Removing the coordinator as a user will make a user slot available and the coordinator will retain the ability to manage the roster of classrooms.

Please note: Because of the classroom management system available on Raz-Kids, we recommend Raz-Kids Coordinators register themselves as a user in order to access the materials and build a roster of students.

How do we replace a coordinator?
The top-level coordinator can replace a sub-level coordinator at any time from the Users link of the My Account page.

  1. Log in using your coordinator username and password.
  2. Select the Users link from the My Account page.
  3. Select the appropriate product tab.
  4. Check the box(es) next to the sub-level coordinator you wish to delete.
  5. Select the Remove action from the drop down menu at the top of the user list.
  6. Select the Perform Action button next to the Action drop down menu.
Please note: to delete a sub-level coordinator, there must be no teachers registered under his or her account.

To designate a new top-level coordinator, we ask that you fax documentation on school or district letterhead authorizing a change and replacing the original order form contract. The letter should be signed by someone in a position of authority and include:

  • Licensed organization
  • Website(s)
  • A license identifier (username, license ID, or previous top-level coordinator's name)
  • Name, phone number, and email address of the new License Coordinator.
  • Agreement with our Usage Policy; one license per classroom.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days from receipt of your faxed documentation to update our records. Once updated, the new  top-level coordinator will receive an email confirmation with the username and password.

How can I get a receipt?
The top-level coordinator may print a receipt at any time from the Orders link of the My Account section. Select the bill for which you would like a receipt printed and use the print feature from within your browser to print as many copies as you need.

If you paid by purchase order, please contact our customer service department toll-free at (866) 889-3729 once your account is active and the invoice paid in full.

How will I know when it's time to renew?
Annual licenses expire 365 days from the date of activation. Top-level coordinators will receive renewal notices by email at regular intervals as the expiration date approaches, beginning 100 days prior to expiration.

The Products link of the My Account page will also provide the expiration date for each purchased product and a warning when the date is approaching.
